Common Questions

What is the difference between the basic and everything subscriptions?
edHelper everything subscription:
Complete access to all materials on edHelper, including:
 edHelper basic subscription:
Access to most of the grades K-8 materials on edHelper, including the middle school math and puzzle sections.   Material that is exclusively for the everything package or for high school students is not included in this subscription.
Special education materials are only included in the everything subscription.
Can I pay by purchase order?
edHelper only accepts payment by purchase order with a school license.
edHelper does not accept purchase order payments for the individual subscriptions. If you only want to purchase an individual subscription using a purchase order, please choose to pay by check or money order. Fill out the online order form. You will be given an invoice for the individual subscription, which you can then give to your administration to process. We will set up your account when your administration sends us the invoice and check.

Can I share my password with others?
No, you can not share your account with anyone. Your membership is for your personal use only. When you share your password, you simply put yourself at risk of losing the control of your data. For example, other people may delete or change your saved data intentionally or unintentionally.

Can I sign in at home and at school?
The e-mail address you provide will be used by edHelper.com to e-mail you logon instructions and will be used as your logon name. You may use your account both at home and school (it does not matter which e-mail address you provide).

How long is membership?
The subscription for one year will expire 12 months from the date your payment is received.
The subscription for two years will expire 24 months from the date your payment is received.
